Target audience – Neurosurgeons, Orthopedic Surgeons, Plastic Surgeons, Neurologists, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physicians, Kinesiology
Objectives – After completing this educational activity, participants should be able to implement the following:
Discuss the indications, the timing and the types of surgical intervention to treat peripheral nerve injuries, and entrapment. Discuss the anatomy, clinical presentation and management of the most common entrapments in the upper and lower extremity. Discuss the indications and surgical management of benign and malignant peripheral nerve tumors. Review the management of peripheral nerve and brachial plexus cases. Management of peripheral nerve conditions and updated recommendations based on new research presented.

New surgical techniques and timelines New imaging techniques with MRI and Ultrasound. New treatment recommendations
Educational needs of the target audience:
Physicians will be able to implement new surgical techniques in regard to timing and treatment for peripheral nerve and brachial plexus patients.
